Drink tea from a sparkling jewel ?

ガラスとステンレスの組み合わせで、宝石の輝きようなをまとったドリンクウェア「CARAT／カラット」。現実から少し離れた、うっとりと夢見る時間をデザインで表現しました。ストレーナーも意匠の一部と捉え、ガラスとドリッパーの組み合わせがより美しく見える円錐型に。お茶を淹れると、その佇まいはより豊かで美しいものとなります。ステンレスフィルターの穴を極小サイズに抑えることで、ペーパーフィルター無しでも紅茶やコーヒーのより深い味わいが楽しめます。熱い状態での持ちやすさを考慮したハンドル形状、ポットの安定感など、使う人の優美な所作までデザインに込めました。

CARAT drinkware is a combination of glass and stainless steel with a gem-like sparkle. We engineered CARAT to create moments that are somehow independent from your daily reality – a time to be enchanted, a time to dream. The cone-shaped strainer is also part of the design, and we aimed to create a more elegant appearance when combined with the glass pot. Keep the openings in the stainless steel filter to a minimal size in order to draw out an even deeper flavor of tea or coffee. Graceful design touches, from the comfortable shape of the handle to the stability and sturdiness of the pot, bring joy to each use.
