A treasure trove of excitement.

百貨店に新しい風を吹かせたい。三越伊勢丹メディアアート事業の本格化にともない、ロゴタイプデザイン＆ステートメントを手がけました。日本のメディア芸術の拡がりと躍動感、様々なメディアアートが重なり合い、そして無限に連なっていく様を、連続するバー形状で表現しました。じっと見つめると、ブランドの頭文字「I」「M」「M」「A」がふわりと浮かび上がって。三越伊勢丹メディアアートが探し当てる、トキメキのツボ。そのフレッシュな熱量と百貨店で磨き上げた目利き力を、真っ直ぐにステートメントに盛り込みました。

Bringing a breath of fresh air to department stores. Alongside the launch of Isetan Mitsukoshi’s line of media art projects, we designed the logo and message.  The continuous bars represent the vibrancy and growth of Japanese media arts, the overlapping nature of the arts – how they are endlessly intermeshed. Look closely, and the initials – I, M, M, A – gently rise off the page. Isetan Mitsukoshi Media Arts seeks out the things that get your heart beating just a little bit faster. We incorporated this fresh enthusiasm and refined attention to detail into our message.
